Wheat coconut cake

Cake is the answer, who cares what the question is!

Here I am presenting whole wheat coconut cake.









Ingredients


1 cup wheat flour
1 tbsp curd
1 tbsp oil
1/2 packet of ENO
1 tbsp baking power
5-6 small piece of coconut
4 tbsp sugar (you can use jaggry if you like)
1/2 cup milk (can vary based on consistency)
2 tbsp bornvita



Step 1:
Grind coconut pieces in mixer. Add little bit of milk if its needed.
Starin the grinded coconut to saperate juce and pulp.

Add sugar into coconut mlk and mix it well.





Step 2:
Take a mixing bowl, add 1 cup of wheat flour, add curd, oil and prepared coconut milk.
Mix it well with the help of milk.
Add ENO and baking power and mix them well.





Step 3:

Add 1 tbsp bornvita and mix it.. here I have mixed it gently as I wanted double colour in my cake. You can mix it well to make it darker in colour.



Step 4:
Grace cake mould with ghee/buttter.
Add cake batter in mould.





Step 5:
Prepare cooker for baking/steaming.
Put the mould in cooker and bake/steam it for 20 minutes on high flame.
After that take the cake out and let it get cool.
After cooling it take it out gently.

Step 6:
Take 1 tbsp bornvita and 1 tbsp milk and mix it well.
Cut the cake in desired shape.
Apply bornvita mix and spread coconut pulp on pieces. Put one piece on another and it is ready to serve.
